? Location: Gurgaon (Sector 48) / Noida (Sector 62)

? Shift: US Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)

? Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

? Experience: 8–10 Years

? Salary: Best in the Industry (No bar for the right candidate)

What You'll Own:

✅ End-to-end management of US client accounts

✅ Driving account growth and current requirement pipelines

✅ Leading and mentoring a recruiting team

✅ Client negotiations, delivery ownership, and escalations
