Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Strategy & Calendar Management
- Own and manage monthly content calendars for 2–3 brand accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok,



and X — simultaneously and without dropping the ball.
- Develop content strategies aligned to each brand's tone, audience, and commercial objectives — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
- Plan content that balances always-on posting with reactive and campaign-led moments.

Content Creation & Creative Execution
- Write sharp, platform-native captions that stop the scroll — adapted to each brand's distinct voice.
- Develop clear and compelling content briefs for designers and video editors that translate ideas into visuals without ambiguity.
- Produce and direct short-form video content, reels, and stories — from ideation through to publish-ready output.
- Maintain visual and tonal brand consistency across every post, every platform, every day.

Publishing, Scheduling & Community
- Schedule and publish content using social media management platforms — on time, every time.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and audience interactions across all
