Key Responsibilities
- Handle regular customer communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Generate and follow up on new sales inquiries and business opportunities.
- Receive, review, and coordinate customer inquiries / RFQs with the concerned departments.
- Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements, costing, specifications, and commercial terms.
- Follow up on quotations and inquiries to convert them into purchase orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new customers.
- Understand customer requirements related to casting, foundry, and machined components.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Handle customer queries related to price, quality, delivery, specifications, and order status.
- Conduct regular follow-ups for pending inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with customers.
- Identify new markets, customers, OEMs, and industrial business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases,



inquiry reports, quotation status, and sales records.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent customer communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong knowledge of inquiry handling, quotation preparation, and order conversion.
- Good understanding of casting, foundry, machining, or engineering products.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and sales documentation.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in casting / foundry / machining / engineering industry preferred.
- Candidates with an existing industrial customer network will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
