Role & responsibilities
- Manage and administer the LMS platform.
- Arrange, Conduct & Facilitate classroom and virtual training programs.
- Design and develop training modules, presentations, and e-learning content, analyze training effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate training records and generate MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure timely completion of mandatory compliance training modules & Publishing relevant dashboards.
- Monitor adherence to organizational policy, process & guidelines related to training & standards.
