We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of experience in IT staffing/recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals for various client requirements in the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess suitability for client requirements.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment productivity and closure targets.





Required Skills:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.
- Educational Qualification: Engineering or MBA.
- Strong understanding of the Indian IT recruitment market.
- Experience in contract, permanent, or contract-to-hire recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, skills, and job roles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Solid candidate sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under tight deadlines.
