Job Overview

Responsible for managing the complete end-to-end GeM and tender process, from document verification, bid analysis and participation to bid acceptance, project handover, execution and closure.

Coordinate with the Documentation, Bid Participation, Project Coordinator and Accounts Teams, as well as Department Officers, to ensure smooth project execution, billing and tender closure.

Documentation & Bid Coordination
- Coordinate with the Documentation Team to collect, verify and ensure completeness of all documents required for tender participation.




- Analyse tender requirements and share verified documents and necessary instructions with the Bid Participation Team for timely submission.

Bid Analysis & Participation
- Analyse eligibility, technical specifications, commercial terms, manpower requirements, locations, penalties and other tender conditions before participation.
- Coordinate the bid participation process, monitor submission status and ensure bids are submitted accurately within the deadline.

Bid Acceptance & Department Coordination
- Review successful bids, contracts and work orders and coordinate with the concerned Department Officer regarding project requirements and commencement.
- Clarify departmental requirements and ensure all necessary information is communicated to the concerned internal teams.

Project Handover & Execution
- Hand over awarded projects to the appropriate Project Coordinator based on project requirements, location and manpower requirements.
