About the Role

We are looking for individuals with experience in small business operations to evaluate and improve AI-generated responses across real-world business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic business-related prompts based on different business goals and scenarios.
- Interact with multiple AI chatbots and evaluate their responses.
- Assess AI-generated responses for clarity, usefulness, accuracy, and relevance.
- Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations.
- Review AI responses related to day-to-day business operations and customer interactions.
- Conduct market research and contribute ideas based on your business expertise.
- Work with spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other business-related files as part of the evaluation process.
- Evaluate AI-generated content related to marketing, operations, market research, and financial planning.




- Submit conversation transcripts and evaluation results as required.

Requirements
- Business owner or robust understanding of small business operations.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools and chatbots.
- Ability to work with business-related documents in English.
- Relevant business portfolio/documentation in English is required.

Pay: ₹1,147.00 per hour
