Job Title: Warehouse Incharge Nagpur

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Incharge is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inbound, storage, inventory control, order processing, and outbound dispatch activities. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, team supervision, customer service levels, safety, and operational efficiency in a 3PL workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently.

* Supervise inbound, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

* Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.

* Lead and supervise warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks.





* Maintain warehouse documentation and system transactions (WMS/SAP/ERP).

* Coordinate with transporters, customers, and internal departments.

* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company SOPs.

* Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare operational reports.

* Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve productivity.

* Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues.

* Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
