Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-enabled Salesforce service solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Salesforce experience along with expertise in architecture, automation, AI integration, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and development of AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.
- Design scalable case and account-level summarization frameworks.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows and intelligent automation.
- Integrate chatbots and RAG-based support solutions with Salesforce.
- Develop auto-response and recommendation engines.
- Lead ticket routing, escalation, and workflow orchestration.
- Collaborate with business, product, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure coding standards, security, release governance, and best practices.
- Mentor team members and conduct technical design reviews.
- Support deployments, production releases, and incident resolution.





Required Skills
- 5–8 years of strong Salesforce development experience.
- Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
- Strong Apex, LWC, Salesforce automation, and integration experience.
- Experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- Knowledge of AI/Generative AI, chatbots, RAG, or AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.
- Solid understanding of workflows, case management, routing, and automation.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
- Salesforce AI / Agentforce experience.
- Experience with RAG, LLM integration, or intelligent recommendation systems.
- Salesforce certifications are an advantage.

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 per year
