We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team and work closely with UK-based clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify current business leads through calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities targeting UK businesses.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable MyTSL services.
- Conduct professional sales calls, presentations and online meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and follow-ups.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert opportunities into clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work closely with the management, operations and marketing teams.
- Use AI tools to improve prospecting, research, communication, follow-ups and sales productivity.
- Analyse sales activity, pipeline performance and conversion rates.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Essential Requirements Fluent English – Mandatory

The candidate must have excellent spoken and written English.

This role involves regular communication with UK clients, so the successful candidate must be confident in:
- Speaking with UK customers professionally
- Writing professional emails
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Conducting sales presentations
- Handling objections and negotiations
- Communicating clearly through WhatsApp, email and online meetings
