A Service Advisor is the link between the customer and the workshop, making sure the customer's vehicle is serviced properly and the customer is satisfied.
- Ask about the vehicle's problems and service requirements.
- Prepare the job card.
- Explain the required repairs and estimated cost to the customer.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop.
- Give customers updates about the vehicle.
- Check that the required work is completed properly.
- Prepare the final bill and explain the work done.
- Hand over the vehicle to the customer.
- Follow up with customers after service.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
