Academic Counsellor

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Academic Counsellor to join Competitive Cracker. The role involves handling company-provided leads, telecalling, explaining online courses, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting enquiries into course admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads provided by the company.
- Make outbound calls to prospective learners.
- Explain online courses, fees, batches, and enrollment details.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Convert leads and enquiries into course admissions.
- Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain lead details, call records, and follow-up status.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Academic Counselling, Telecalling, or a similar role.




- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with telecalling and handling leads.

Work Details
- Work Mode: In office / Work From Home
- Work Locations: Kochi | Calicut | Palakkad
- Experience: 3+ Years
- Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 per month + Incentives
- Number of Vacancies: 50
