Role Summary:

Support the sales team with customer coordination, quotations, and daily operations. Great start for fresh graduates in sales/business ops.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries, calls & emails

2. Prepare quotations, proposals & sales reports

3. Coordinate with logistics, finance & customer service for orders/deliveries

4. Maintain customer database & sales records

5. Follow up on leads & pending orders

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s in BBA, Marketing, B.Tech Electronics or related field

2. Positive communication skills + MS Office - Excel, Word, PPT

3. Organized, detail-oriented, multitasker

4. Basic understanding of sales & customer service preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
