Role & responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to patients using *mobile phones*.

* Handle inbound patient calls and understand their requirements.

* Explain available consultations, treatments, and center services to patients.

* *Generate and schedule patient appointments* at the appropriate Nexus center.

* Follow up with patients who have shown interest but have not yet booked an appointment.

* Follow up with patients regarding scheduled appointments and encourage them to visit the center.

* Contact previous patients for follow-ups and future consultation requirements.

* Maintain daily records of calls, appointments generated, follow-ups, and patient responses.

* Coordinate with the respective center/front-office team regarding confirmed appointments.

* Ensure maximum conversion of enquiries into appointments and patient visits.

* Maintain qualified and polite communication with patients at all times.

* Achieve assigned *daily/weekly/monthly calling and appointment targets*.

* Escalate important patient queries or concerns to the concerned team.
