Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing,screening and coordinating interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close open positions within timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for recent joiners and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Maintain and monitor monthly employee attendance and leave records.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.
- Verify and process employee reimbursement claims as per company policies.
- Manage day-to-day petty cash transactions and maintain proper records of expenses.
- Monitor stock and coordinate timely replenishment of office requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for routine office requirements, wherever required.
- Prepare and issue letters, documents and other employee correspondence.
- Maintain proper records of all HR documentation.
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS as required.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource
Experience: 1–3 yrs experience
