Role Description
The Executive – Lead Generation, CRM & Partnership Outreach is a full-time on-site role based in Dwarka. The role involves identifying prospective partners, donors, and collaborators, and maintaining a structured pipeline of opportunities through effective lead generation activities. The Executive will manage and update CRM systems, track interactions and outreach activities,



and ensure accurate documentation of partner engagement and follow-ups. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential organizations and stakeholders, drafting outreach messages and proposals, coordinating meetings and presentations, and supporting the development of long-term partnerships that align with Veterans India’s mission. The role also requires regular reporting on outreach performance, collaboration with internal teams for campaigns and events, and maintaining professional communication with external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Lead generation skills, including prospect research, pipeline management, and outreach planning.
- CRM management experience, with the ability to maintain accurate records, segment contacts, and track engagement.
