1. Preparation of estimates and quantities in reference with the drawing.

2. Checking of labour bills as per work done at site.

3. preparation and Co-ordination to certify client bills.

4. Site based paperwork audits.

5. Preparation of cash flows and scheduling of activities.

6. Preparing, checking and analysis of Profit-Loss Statements.

7. Preparation of work costing statements.

8. Co-ordination with architects/consultants and site team with respect to drawing or details requirements.

9. Weekly visit to work site and preparation of minutes of the meeting in the specified format.

10. To maintain daily labour reports, material reports and progress reports as submitted from site.

11. Preparation and checking of material indents for quantity and quality as requested from work sites and periodic material reconciliation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
