Job Requirements

The Product Manager – Business Loans is responsible for driving value propositions within the Business Loan lending vertical. The role focuses on executing strategies to expand product offerings, customer segments, and distribution channels, while delivering banking solutions in a cost-effective and technology-enabled manner. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Credit, Policy, and Analytics to ensure consistent delivery and a seamless customer experience. The goal is to position IDFC FIRST Bank as the preferred banking partner for business customers.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement value propositions for the Business Loan lending business.
Monitor portfolio performance and quality and provide recommendations for course correction to Product and Sales teams.
Support the Business Loan Product team in creating differentiated offerings to drive growth.
Collaborate with the Business Analytics team to identify potential customer cohorts and support the launch of current products.




Work with the Digital Marketing team to enhance customer acquisition through digital channels.
Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory standards.

Secondary Responsibilities
Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to support scalability and consistency.
Promote a customer-centric culture through seamless product delivery and service excellence.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Postgraduate qualification preferred – MBA.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in business lending.
Skills and Attributes
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Deep understanding of business loan products and market dynamics.
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
Proficiency in data analysis and digital marketing strategies.
