Role Description The Sr Manager – MICE Operations (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, retreats, and offsites at Essence of Nature Resort & Spa. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Raipur Area,



requiring close collaboration with sales, front office, F&B;, spa, and activities teams to deliver seamless event experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client inquiries, preparing proposals, handling event budgets, and designing customized itineraries and packages for corporate groups. The role also involves supervising event setup, logistics, and on-ground operations, ensuring high service standards and timely resolution of any issues. The Sr Manager will track event performance, maintain client relationships, and support the development of new MICE offerings to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in MICE operations, event management, or hospitality operations, preferably in resorts or corporate offsite venues.
Strong client servicing, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
