Business Development Executive (BDE)
The Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase company revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role involves managing relationships with key clients, developing new markets, and collaborating with various teams within the organization. o Experience: 2+ years of sales experience (In cosmetic and FMCG with General Trade Only).
o Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development Strategy
o Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
o Identify potential markets,
industries, and clients to target for business expansion.
o Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
o Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases to pitch new opportunities to senior management.
2. Client Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
o Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling negotiations, contracts, and problem resolution.
o Regularly meet with clients to discuss their goals, challenges, and how the company can support their business.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth
o Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
