WE’RE HIRING | INVENTORY & PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Selex is looking for an experienced
Inventory & Procurement Executive
to manage procurement, supplier relationships, inventory control, and stock-related claims. Selex is a multinational electrical brand serving customers across
Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and India

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage procurement, supplier sourcing, quotations, negotiations,
pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead times, and purchase orders
.
- Monitor orders from placement to delivery and maintain accurate supplier and product pricing records.
- Develop supplier relationships and monitor
price, quality, availability, delivery, and performance
.
- Monitor inventory, replenishment, stock movements, and
fast/slow-moving, excess, and obsolete stock
.
- Coordinate
inventory audits, stock reconciliation, and purchasing quantities
to maintain healthy stock levels and minimize stock-outs.




- Manage claims for
damaged, defective, short-supplied, or incorrect products
, including replacements, credit notes, refunds, and settlements.
- Prepare procurement, inventory, supplier, pending-order, and claims reports.
- Coordinate with
Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Management
to support procurement planning and inventory optimization.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3–6 years’ experience
in procurement, purchasing, inventory, or supply chain
- Degree/Diploma in
Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
- Robust negotiation, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in
MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and purchase orders
- Experience in
electrical products, accessories, trading, distribution, or manufacturing
