About the Role

Pinnacle Systems is looking for a Software Tester with 1–3 years of experience and mandatory textile domain knowledge to join our QA team.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
- Understand and validate client requirements.
- Ability to handle individual client requirements and provide appropriate support.
- Handle and track client tickets/issues effectively until resolution.
- Coordinate with development and support teams to resolve client issues.




- Validate ERP workflows, reports, calculations, and business processes.
- Maintain proper testing and issue documentation.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of Software Testing experience.
- Mandatory textile industry/domain knowledge.
- Good understanding of ERP applications and textile processes.
- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ticketing/issue-tracking tools is preferred.
