Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide 24x7 operational support for the Advocate Central platform, ensuring system availability, reliability, and performance across production and non-production environments
- Monitor application, infrastructure, and platform health using enterprise monitoring and observability tools. Investigate alerts, perform initial triage, and coordinate incident resolution activities
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation processes,



and release management activities to enable efficient and reliable software delivery
- Assist with Azure cloud infrastructure administration, including application hosting, networking, security configurations, and platform maintenance
- Participate in production deployments, change management activities, and post-deployment validation to ensure successful releases
- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, database, networking, and integration issues to minimize downtime and improve service reliability
- Maintain operational runbooks, technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles to support platform operations
- Collaborate with software engineering, security, infrastructure, and business teams to implement platform enhancements and operational improvements
