Position Summary

We are looking for a
CA-qualified professional with manufacturing industry experience
to manage accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting activities. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of
Tally, GST, TDS, statutory compliance and finalization of accounts
.

Key Responsibilities: Accounts & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Review and maintain ledgers, journals, vouchers and expense records.
- Perform bank, ledger and inter-company reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts.
- Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements.
- Monitor receivables, payables and outstanding balances.
- Prepare and review financial MIS and management reports.

GST & Taxation
- Manage GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GST returns.




- Perform GST reconciliation between books, purchase records and portal data.
- Review input tax credit and identify discrepancies.
- Handle TDS calculation, deductions, payments and return filing.
- Support income-tax compliance and related documentation.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and tax authorities whenever required.

Tally & ERP
- Maintain and review accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Ensure accurate classification and recording of transactions.
- Review purchase, sales, inventory and expense accounting.
- Generate accounting and tax reports from Tally.
- Support system/process improvements in accounting operations.

Manufacturing Finance
- Work closely with Production, Procurement, Stores and Commercial teams.
- Monitor manufacturing-related expenses and accounting.
- Support inventory valuation and reconciliation.
