Job Summary

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist / Front Office Executive / Dental Counsellor to join our dental clinic in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, patient-friendly and have excellent communication skills. The role involves managing the reception desk, coordinating appointments, handling patient enquiries and counselling patients about recommended dental treatments.

Roles & Responsibilities

Dental Receptionist & Front Office
- Welcome and attend to patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the reception/front desk and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle patient registrations, appointments and scheduling.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and online enquiries.
- Coordinate appointments between patients and dentists.
- Maintain patient records and update clinic management software.
- Handle billing, receipts and basic payment coordination.
- Manage daily front-office activities and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with doctors, dental assistants and other clinic staff.

Dental Counselling




- Explain dental treatment plans and procedures to patients in a simple and clear manner.
- Address patient queries and concerns regarding treatments.
- Explain treatment estimates, packages and payment options.
- Follow up with patients for pending treatments and appointments.
- Encourage patients to proceed with recommended treatments through professional counselling.
- Maintain solid patient relationships and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Support the clinic in achieving appointment and treatment-conversion targets.

Candidate Profile
- Experience as a Dental Receptionist, Dental Front Office Executive, Dental Counsellor, Patient Coordinator or Hospital Front Office Executive is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a positive attitude may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Telugu is preferred; Hindi is an adde
