We are seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager
to drive growth and market expansion across
Myanmar and South East Asia
in the agricultural equipment sector.

? Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute
market expansion strategies across Myanmar & SEA
.
- Build and
strengthen distributor and dealer networks
.
- Drive
sales growth, revenue targets, and market share.
- Engage with government agencies, institutions, and NGOs for mechanization programs.
- Conduct market intelligence and recommend strategies for current product launches.




- Support brand visibility through trade shows, dealer meets, and farmer engagement programs.

✅ Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in
International Business Development / Exports / Channel Management
.
- Strong background in
agricultural equipment, tractors, farm machinery, or allied industries
.
- Proven success in distributor development and international market expansion.
- Experience handling
Southeast Asia markets (Myanmar preferred)
.
- Willingness to travel internationally (40–60%).
