Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Global Recruitment Consultant with strong expertise in IT recruitment for the Singapore market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and building strong candidate pipelines across technology roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the Singapore market.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective candidate sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates across various IT and technology skill sets.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct regular discussions with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and market availability.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.




- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
- Provide clients with market insights, talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring challenges.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS, and pipeline reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery against recruitment targets and SLAs.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
- Strong experience in IT recruitment, preferably for the Singapore/APAC market.
- Valuable understanding of technology roles such as Software Engineering, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevOps, ERP, and other IT functions.
- Proven experience in client management and stakeholder management.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously and working against hiring targets.
