We are looking for an experienced
Project Delivery Manager
to lead end-to-end delivery of
Managed Services engagements
and drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous service improvement.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Managed Services project delivery

• Own SLA, KPI, operational and delivery performance

• Manage multiple enterprise client engagements

• Act as the primary client-facing delivery contact

• Drive governance, executive reviews and performance reporting

• Manage risks, dependencies, scope, budgets and timelines

• Lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation

• Ensure quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

? What We’re Looking For

• 15–18 years of experience in




Project Delivery / Managed Services / IT Services / Program Management

• Strong experience managing large-scale Managed Services engagements and enterprise accounts

• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills

• Strong knowledge of
Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid
methodologies

• Experience with
Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project
or similar tools

• Strong leadership, governance, risk management and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience in financial management, forecasting and resource planning.

⭐ Good to Have

PMP | PRINCE2 | Scrum Master | ITIL

Exposure to
Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, Application Support or Digital Transformation
is an added advantage.
