Location: Bangalore – MBRDI Office

Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design and implement OpenText Cloud (CSP) deployments for Content Server, Archive Center, Intelligent Viewing, and Directory Services

✅ Work on tenant setup, environment topology, and hybrid connectivity

✅ Implement Cloud Information Archive including ingestion, indexing, search, retention, legal hold, and compliance

✅ Build and maintain production-grade Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests

✅ Configure Kubernetes RBAC, network policies, storage, secrets, autoscaling, and security standards

✅ Implement CI/CD pipelines for build, deployment, environment promotion, and rollback

✅ Implement centralized logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, SLOs, and alerting

✅ Design HA, multi-zone deployments, backup/restore, and disaster recovery

✅ Support cloud cutover, migration, rollback, and hypercare activities

✅ Perform performance, capacity, and cloud cost optimization

✅ Ensure TLS, encryption, certificate/key management, IAM, and audit logging





✅ Support service mesh, API gateway, and ingress configuration

✅ Work with SQL Server/PostgreSQL for ECM workloads

✅ Prepare operational runbooks, as-built documentation, and knowledge-transfer material
