is looking for an
HR Executive – Operations
to support day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and department heads on HR-related matters.
- Support payroll inputs and prepare HR MIS/reporting.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.




- Ensure HR policies and processes are followed effectively.

Requirements
:
- 1–3 years of experience in
HR Operations / HR Generalist
roles.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification preferred.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive working knowledge of
MS Excel and MS Office
.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
