SAAOL Heart Center, Jonapur, New Delhi, is looking for confident and customer-focused Female Customer Care Executives / Patient Care Executives to join our team.

The role involves handling patient calls, lead follow-ups, appointment coordination, patient queries and providing professional assistance throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and prospective customers
- Follow up with leads and prospective patients
- Explain SAAOL services and healthcare programs clearly
- Generate and convert leads through effective communication
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments
- Understand patient requirements and provide appropriate information
- Handle patient queries and concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth patient handling
- Achieve assigned calling and performance targets

Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline
- 0-4 years of experience
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confident, polite and professional communication
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with regular calling and follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-focused approach
- Female candidates preferred

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 18,000 28,000 per month
