Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Managing Director to drive strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on business transformation, operational excellence, process improvements, and digital initiatives.
- Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, dashboards, reports, and meeting materials for leadership discussions.
- Develop project plans, define milestones, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
- Track organizational goals, action items, and strategic priorities while driving accountability across teams.
- Coordinate with business and functional leaders to facilitate seamless communication, collaboration, and execution.
- Build and maintain management dashboards that provide visibility into business performance, KPIs, and project status.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and business assessments to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
- Support the MD in managing high-priority assignments,



ensuring timely follow-up and closure.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory.
- MBA in Marketing/Operations/Supply Chain from a reputed institution preferred.
Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting,
