20four7VA is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Course Platform & Community Operations Specialist to support a licensed mental health therapist and intimacy educator in the launch and ongoing management of her online education platform.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is building, organizing, and maintaining online courses within Circle.so using content provided by the client. This includes creating course structures, uploading learning materials, testing user experience, and ensuring all content is properly organized and functioning. This is not a content creation role. All written content, videos, branding, and educational materials will be provided by the client and her marketing team. The successful candidate will focus on implementation, organization, quality assurance, and platform management while supporting future business growth. As the business expands, this position may evolve to include additional community management, marketing operations, virtual event support, and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities




- Course Platform Management
- Build and organize online courses within Circle.so.
- Create course modules, lessons, and learning pathways using client-provided materials.
- Upload and format videos, worksheets, PDFs, slide presentations, and other learning assets.
- Configure course access settings, navigation, and member permissions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and user-friendly learning environment.
- Create qualified slide decks and presentation materials from client-provided content.
- Quality Assurance
- Review course pages for formatting consistency and accuracy.
- Test video playback, downloads, links, and member navigation.
- Identify and resolve broken links, formatting issues, and content display problems.
- Ensure all content functions properly before course launches.
- Communicate Circle.so limitations and recommend platform improvements when appropriate.
