About the Role

We are looking for passionate, sales-driven individuals to join our Investment Banking team. This is a front-end, client-facing role focused on client origination and deal execution within the Debt Investment Banking space. As part of our expansion strategy across North and South India, you will play a key role in building our geographical presence and deepening relationships with clients in your region.

This role offers rich, hands-on Investment Banking experience in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for debt advisory and fundraising mandates
- Originate new client relationships and build a strong network within target markets
- Drive end-to-end deal execution in coordination with internal teams




- Travel extensively to meet prospective and existing clients across assigned regions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, promoters, and financial institutions
- Stay updated on market trends, debt instruments, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in financial sales, client relationship management, or business development (candidates with 0–2 years will not be considered at this time)
- Robust sales orientation with a proven track record of client origination
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
- Prior knowledge of debt instruments is a plus, though not mandatory
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
