We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to join our team at our hotel in Nayapali, Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
- Manage guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest information.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Operate the front desk systems and manage daily reports.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Education:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in front desk operations and hotel management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
