Key Responsibilities:

Client Handling & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, onboarding, and day-to-day communication.
- Provide regular campaign and project updates to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain clear, professional communication to build robust, long-lasting client relationships.

Project Coordination
- Act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Video).
- Track project timelines, deliverables,



and tasks to ensure our team hits deadlines efficiently.
- Assist in setting up and enforcing internal systems and workflows to prevent operational bottlenecks.

Office Coordination
- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks to keep the workspace running smoothly.
- Assist the HR and management teams with basic operational duties, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Help foster a productive, organized environment so the team can focus on their core tasks.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support, project coordination, or office administration (experience in a digital marketing agency is a huge plus).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on building and following effective processes.
- Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
