We are seeking an experienced Process Configuration Engineer with robust expertise in Refinery Complex Projects, FEL Studies, Process Configuration, and Techno-Economic Evaluation to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead Early-Stage FEL Execution

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for FEL-1/FEL-2, Feasibility Studies, and Pre-FEED phases of refinery complex projects.

Lead comprehensive process configuration and optimization studies.

✅ CAPEX Optimization & Value Engineering

Challenge project concepts and identify opportunities to optimize configurations and reduce CAPEX.

Drive value engineering initiatives while maintaining project objectives.

✅ Techno-Economic Evaluation





Conduct detailed techno-economic assessments of refinery configurations.

Evaluate production scales, product slates, profitability, and investment returns.

✅ Refinery Upgrading & Revamp Studies

Perform refinery modernization studies focused on bottom-of-the-barrel conversion and refinery-petrochemical integration.

Identify opportunities to enhance margins through high-value product generation.

✅ Refinery Process Expertise

Hands-on experience with conceptual design and configuration of major refinery units, including:

CDU/VDU

FCC

Hydrocrackers

Delayed Cokers

Reformers

Petrochemical Integration Facilities

✅ Project Development Expertise

Proven experience leading Feasibility Studies, Pre-FEED, FEL-1, and FEL-2 phases.

✅ Refinery Economic Modeling

Strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience in Aspen PIMS (Process Industry Modeling System) or similar LP modeling software.
