About the Role:





We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Team Manager to build, lead, and grow our Neo development team in India.

This role goes far beyond traditional people management. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an workplace where developers can successfully master a highly complex business platform, collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Architects and Project Mangers, and remain engaged long enough to become true domain experts.

You will serve as a leader, mentor, coach, and advocate for the team while helping bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
