Experience: -
Fresher– 1 Years of relevant experience in the role of Desktop Support, Technical Support or as a System Administrator.

Education and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree/Any Degree(MCSE,CCNA,CCNP)

Responsibilities

· Troubleshooting on Desktops

· Troubleshooting on Microsoft office 365, firewall and mail servers

· Monitoring backups

· Troubleshooting networks, virtualization, and windows servers
- Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with Windows operating system installation, configuration, and updates.
- Create and manage basic user accounts and access permissions.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and internet connectivity issues.
- Install and maintain required software and antivirus applications.
- Assist with system backups, security updates, and routine maintenance.
- Monitor basic system and network issues and escalate complex problems to senior IT staff.




- Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
- Maintain records of IT incidents, service requests, and resolutions.

Skills

· Technology Graduate OR Bachelor of Science in IT

· Must have a prior minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support role

· Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills

· Strong written and oral communication skills (Must have)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail

· Must be a team player but should also understand the importance of individual contributions

· Self-motivated and directed, able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure setting

· Must be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation including night shifts

· Candidate should be open for transfer to another location or office, if the job requires so or in the interest of the business requirements
