Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP PM business process analysis and requirements gathering with business stakeholders.
- Conduct AS-IS process discovery and document current-state findings for SAP PM.
- Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and validate understanding with stakeholders.
- Support blueprint activities for SAP PM solution design and alignment.
- Manage client interactions to ensure timely communication, clarity, and delivery alignment.

Skills Required:
- 9 - 16 years of relevant experience in SAP PM and business process analysis
- Solid experience as an SAP PM Functional Consultant
- Hands-on experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering




- Strong Stakeholder Management and Client Management skills
- Experience conducting AS-IS process analysis and documentation
- Experience in SAP PM business process mapping and solution design
- Experience facilitating business workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Strong understanding of SAP PM processes
- Experience supporting blueprint and implementation activities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

Good to Have:
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance
- Knowledge of Maintenance Planning and Work Scheduling
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in end-to-end SAP PM implementation projects

Education :
Relevant degree (or equivalent experience)
