We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive
RM Admin
with a strong background in administration, coordination,
IT Change Management, Release Management, CSV support, and implementation projects
.

? Key Responsibilities

• Ensure changes in
SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
are updated according to process requirements

• Follow up with change owners for missing or incomplete information

• Provide first-line support to CALM users

• Assist with preparation, coordination, and implementation of changes

• Support
CSV (Computer System Validation)
activities and related documentation

• Provide support throughout
implementation projects

• Conduct Q&A; sessions and assist users when required

• Maintain the
RM Calendar
and support
PROTON releases





• Coordinate with different teams to ensure changes and releases are completed on time

? Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience

• Strong experience in
IT Change Management / Release Management

• Experience supporting
CSV activities and documentation

• Experience working on
implementation projects
and production/support activities

• Experience with
SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
is an added advantage

• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach

• Excellent coordination and communication skills

• Delivery-focused mindset

• Robust knowledge of
Excel, Jira, Outlook, and SharePoint
