Job role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Sales Closure who can take qualified business opportunities through the complete sales journey and convert them into successful closures.

Role Summary

The candidate will be responsible for managing qualified leads from initial engagement through product demonstration, follow-up, negotiation and final sales closure.

This is a target-driven B2B sales role, not a pure telecalling or lead-generation position. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with decision-makers, understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, handling objections, negotiating commercials and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from qualified lead to final closure.
- Understand customer requirements and identify the right solution based on their needs.




- Conduct and/or coordinate product demonstrations with prospective customers.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, institutions and business stakeholders.
- Conduct structured and consistent follow-ups with prospects.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and communicate commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate with customers while maintaining company pricing and commercial guidelines.
- Convert qualified opportunities into confirmed orders and payments.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prospect status in CRM.
- Track every opportunity from demo stage to closure and ensure no qualified lead is lost due to poor follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Maintain regular reporting on pipeline, demos, follow-ups, conversion and closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product demonstration, installation, training and post-sales handover.
