Senior System Engineer- Minimum 6-13 years of relevant work experience.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain systems within Windows, Azure, AWS, and Office 365 environments and M365 Security.

- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V.
- Design and implement server backup solutions (e.g., Symantec, Arcserve, Veeam) and ensure their ongoing maintenance.
- Manage and support Windows Server infrastructures, specifically focusing on Active Directory (AD), Exchange, DNS, and print servers.
- Perform design, maintenance, and support for Microsoft AD/Exchange infrastructure, including performance, capacity, and recovery technologies.
- Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting for interoperability of diverse technologies such as Exchange, Active Directory, and others.
- Utilize ITIL best practices for configuration, change management, and release management.
- Oversee infrastructure management, including capacity planning, performance management, and security.




- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic firewall and router functions.
- Manage system firmware for infrastructure services (e.g., VCenter, ESXi hosts).
- Lead business continuity and disaster recovery strategies utilizing LAN and WAN techniques.
- Support and maintain systems running Windows Server 2019, Linux, and ESX environments.
- Manage patching schedules, patching records, and follow-up, including VA scanning.

Other responsibilities include:
- Backup review and verification.
- Bi-weekly user access review and management.
- Hardware validity and lifecycle management.
- Basic security settings review in line with CIS standards.
- Routine system health checks.
- User management reviews (AD user accounts, GPO, CNAME records).
- Infra application management post go-live (e.g., VCenter, CyberArk, Veeam, WSUS, Trendmicro/Symantec replacement, MSSP).
- Manage router SMS gateway services and contact lis
