Role OverviewWe are looking for a *Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant* with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, configuring, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, primarily across *Sales and Customer Service*.
Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Configure and customize *Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service*.

•⁠ ⁠Develop CRM customizations using *Dataverse, Power Apps, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom APIs, Workflows/Power Automate* and other supported technologies.

•⁠ ⁠Design and implement *CRM extensions* based on business requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and support *integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems* using APIs, Azure services, middleware, and other integration technologies.

•⁠ ⁠Work on CRM entities, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, security roles, and configurations.

•⁠ ⁠Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript and other server/client-side extensions where required.
