Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced
Housekeeping Supervisor
to manage the day-to-day housekeeping and hygiene operations of the clinic. The candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring adequate availability of housekeeping supplies, and maintaining a hygienic and safe setting for patients, doctors, and employees.

Prior experience in
hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, hotels, or commercial establishments
will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Housekeeping Operations
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities across the entire clinic.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of:
- Reception and waiting areas
- Consultation rooms
- Treatment rooms




- OT / procedure areas
- Washrooms
- Staff areas
- Corridors and common areas
- Ensure cleaning is carried out according to the clinic's hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and immediately address cleanliness-related issues.
- Staff Supervision
- Allocate daily duties and responsibilities to housekeeping staff.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure adequate manpower is available during all shifts.
- Train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and workplace safety.
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback.
- Infection Control & Hygiene
- Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection procedures are followed, particularly in treatment and procedure areas.
- Ensure appropriate cleaning materials and disinfectants are used for different areas.
- Follow clinic protocols for infection prevention and hygiene.
