We are looking for an experienced
TAC Engineer
with solid hands-on expertise in
Linux
and advanced networking protocols. The ideal candidate should have excellent
troubleshooting skills
and practical experience working with enterprise networking environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for complex network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across
TCP/IP
,
MPLS
, and
BGP
environments.
- Perform network-level troubleshooting on
Linux-based systems
.
- Analyze network logs, packet captures,
SNMP
data, and system behavior to identify root causes.
- Work with network test equipment and network management tools for testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Support network security-related troubleshooting and issue resolution.




- Develop and use scripting/automation for troubleshooting and operational activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to drive issues to resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and RCA reports.
