Position Overview:

The role will work closely with investment bankers, auditors, and advisors on DRHP preparation and listing-related activities. Also, the role will oversee financial closure quarterly and monthly.

Key Responsibilities
- Support DRHP preparation and IPO execution
- Coordinate with investment bankers, legal advisors, and auditors
- Manage Business Finance & MIS responsibilities
- Build and automate reporting dashboards and analytical cuts for leadership review
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and annual operating plan processes
- Generate actionable insights for management through financial modelling and data analysis.

Preferred Profile
- CA / MBA (Finance)
- 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Prior involvement in IPO / DRHP process preferred
- Strong Excel and financial modelling capabilities
- High ownership and ability to work in a quick-paced organisation.
