*The Role:*
*Recykal is scaling the circular economy across India and beyond, and we're looking for a strategist to help chart the next phase of that growth. This role is first and foremost about spotting opportunity — reading the market, competitors and data to identify where Recykal's next wave of user acquisition, engagement and retention can come from — and then translating that thinking into high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across B2B and B2C. It's a mid-level senior leadership seat spanning market and opportunity analysis, campaign execution, cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, technology and operations, and direct input into enterprise-wide growth and brand strategy.*

CORE MANDATE
- Identify untapped growth opportunities in the market through continuous analysis of trends, competitors and data
- Shape growth strategy — from user acquisition and engagement to retention and brand, across B2B and B2C channels
- Turn market insight into data-driven decisions that sharpen campaign targeting and effectiveness




- Lead cross-functional execution in partnership with product, sales, technology and operations
- Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation for optimal campaign ROI
- Lead, mentor and grow a team of marketing professionals

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 7+ years in growth marketing, with a strong strategic/analytical bent
- Track record of spotting and unlocking current growth opportunities, not just running campaigns
- Proven track record of driving significant, measurable user acquisition growth
- Strong command of multi-channel digital marketing — SEO, SEM, social and content
- Exposure to cleantech, sustainability, marketplace, FMCG/CPG, e-commerce or logistics preferred
- Bachelor's in Marketing/Business; MBA preferred (IIMs, ISB, XLRI or top global schools)
