Role Description
The Customer Relationship Manager (Edtech) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with institutional and individual customers using edtech products and services. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues, coordinating onboarding and training, and monitoring customer satisfaction and usage metrics. The Customer Relationship Manager will collaborate with sales, product,



and support teams to address customer needs, gather feedback, and recommend improvements. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining accurate customer records, and proactively identifying opportunities to increase adoption and retention.

- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in communication and presentation, including clear verbal and written skills for engaging with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Comfort with technology and digital platforms, preferably with exposure to edtech products or learning management systems.
