About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our BPO business development activities. In this role, you will generate new domestic and international business opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses a strong network and a proven track record in acquiring BPO, Call Center, Customer Support, Sales, Lead Generation, Technical Support, and Back-Office projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Acquisition: Identify and secure new BPO/Call Center projects from both domestic and international clients.
- Lead Generation: Source high-quality leads via LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, networking, references, and online platforms.




- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with Founders, CEOs, business owners, and procurement teams.
- End-to-End Sales Lifecycle: Manage the complete pipeline from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
- Service Expansion: Pitches solutions across diverse domains including voice, non-voice, inbound, outbound, sales, tech support, KPO, and back-office processes.
- Strategic Partnerships: Explore sub-vendor outsourcing, white-label agreements, and strategic alliance opportunities.
- Commercial Negotiation: Finalize commercials, pricing structures, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and client contracts.
- Process Transition: Coordinate closely with internal operations and management teams for successful client onboarding.
- Pipeline Reporting: Maintain a transparent sales pipeline and provide structured reports on leads, meetings, and conversion
